What is SEQTA and SEQTA Engage?

SEQTA is an advanced teaching and learning management system incorporating all aspects of the learning and citizenship of a student’s participation in school. The SEQTA platform is constructed of three integrated, web-based portals: SEQTA Teach, for teaching staff; SEQTA Learn, for students; and, SEQTA Engage, for parents and caregivers. SEQTA Engage is the parent and caregiver online portal allowing you to be an active participant in your child’s learning.

Years 7 - 12

SEQTA Engage allows you to:

• Access an overview of learning for each subject your child studies
• Follow the learning outcomes and activities of each subject in your child's timetable
• Track homework tasks given by teachers
• Monitor your child's learning progress as their assessments are marked by teachers
• Access academic report summaries - Interim reports and End of Semester reports
• Access your child’s timetable

Years 5-6

SEQTA Engage allows you to:

• Monitor your child's learning progress as their assessments are marked by teachers
• Access academic report summaries - Interim reports and End of Semester reports
• Access your child’s timetable

Years 3-4

SEQTA Engage allows you to:

• Monitor your child's learning progress as their assessments are marked by teachers
• Access academic report summaries, replacing printed reports

Reception, Year 1 and Year 2

Families who have students in year levels above Year 2, will find their younger child/ren's names will appear but there is no data associated with these students.

 

How do I login to SEQTA Engage?

Your access to SEQTA Engage begins on receipt of an email from the College. This individualised email invites you to set up and confirm a username and personal password and proceed to log in. Note this login will expire within 7 days if not completed.

If you already have your username and password, you can access SEQTA Engage by clicking https://engage.cc.catholic.edu.au/

Username = user generated (previously was FirstnameLastname@cc.catholic.edu.au)

 

I have forgotten my SEQTA password, what do I need to do?

Click https://engage.cc.catholic.edu.au/  (or SEQTA icon on our homepage)

Click on Forgot my Password

Enter your 'personal' email 

Click on Reset my password and refer to your email for a link to reset
